Pax Libera: Official Guide and Play Link

Choose a country and starting year

The official description offers 175 countries and the years 2026, 1985, 1936 and 1914. Select a country on the map or search for it by name.

Give orders, then advance time

According to the official controls, type in the Actions tab or use quick orders. Examples in the description include building up the army, raising taxes and offering a trade deal. The engine resolves orders into values such as budget, stability, factories, divisions and debt.

Set the army, economy, social and science budgets, then press Jump to advance six months and receive a report. The page says time does not advance until you press Jump. Political points limit the number of actions, and Menu → Roll back a turn is the documented undo option.

The official page lists English and Russian, selectable on the start screen.
