Where to look
Pro Game Guides places Wisp in Enchanted Forest, near the recommended-Speed board. Its October 3 guide reports that you need 50B Speed before Wisp appears. GameTio has not tested that requirement in-game.
What to check next
When Wisp is available, interact with it and read the Wisp Quests panel. Follow the targets displayed for your account. The guide describes using Return Wisp after completing the tasks, then interacting with the Enchanted Tree door.
The exact fusion count is not verified here. Use the current quest panel instead of assuming a number from an older guide.
Still missing?
Check your displayed Speed and whether the quest is already in progress. The source reports a requirement; it does not establish the cause of every missing-Wisp case. We have not verified a server-switching fix.
The game overview links to the correct Roblox experience. The developer lists desktop, console, mobile and tablet support.
